Lines get flagged when they're generic: smooth, evenly paced, and true for any paper on that topic. The fix is to say what's specific to your work, mix short and long sentences, and drop the stock phrases.

Generic claims like this approach plays a crucial role, filler words like moreover and furthermore, lists of three adjectives, and long stretches of sentences that are all the same length. None of that is wrong on its own, but together it reads like it could be from any paper.
Paste the flagged lines with their paragraph and ask it to make each line more specific to your work without changing any facts or citations. PaperCheck's fix report does this for you: every flagged line, why it was flagged, and the paragraph around it, in one block you can paste.
Rewriting flagged lines usually brings the score down, but the only way to know by how much is to check the new version.
Make each line about your own work: your numbers and what you saw, mix sentence lengths, and drop phrases like moreover and plays a crucial role.
Just swapping synonyms often doesn't. Rewriting the line around a real detail from your project changes it much more.
