You can't run Turnitin on your own report, but you can get a decent estimate before you submit. Use a checker that reads your file the way Turnitin does, see which lines are flagged, and fix those.

Turnitin is bought by colleges, not students. Most of us only see the AI score after submitting, when the guide shares the report. By then there's no time to change anything.
It only counts normal paragraphs. Tables, bullet points, headings, code and the reference list are skipped. The AI % is the share of those paragraphs it thinks AI wrote. If the score is between 1% and 19% it doesn't show a number at all, just *%.
No outside tool can copy Turnitin exactly. I tested PaperCheck against real Turnitin reports it had never seen, and it was off by about 12 percentage points on average. Use it as a warning, not a guarantee.
Not with Turnitin itself, unless your college allows draft submissions. You can use a checker that estimates it and shows which lines are likely to get flagged.
No. It only looks at normal paragraphs.
